1. Fill out and submit the Order Form

To initiate password recovery please fill out the Order Form. Carefully follow the instructions for each step of the order submission process.

2. Monitor recovery status occasionaly while password recovery is in progress

Follow the recovery process at the Recovery Status page. Recovery Status page displays an estimate recovery date and a progress bar which reflects current status of the recovery process.

3. Submit your payment and receive recovery information

Right after we recover your password, we will provide you with a link to our payment page. Prior to getting access to recovery information, you will have to agree on service fees, fill out and submit the secure online form with your billing information. Recovery information will be available for download within several minutes after your payment is received.
